Plan to join the free ALSP Community Webinar on January 26!

Dear community members,

On January 26th, 2023, from 12:30 -1:30 PM EST Sisters’ Hope Foundation will join with other leaders in patient advocacy for a very special ALSP update webinar that is being sponsored by Vigil Neuroscience, a clinical-stage biotechnology company working to develop a new treatment for ALSP. The program will include:

  1. An update from Vigil Neuroscience including an overview of their Natural History Study and Phase 2 Clinical Trial
  2. An update on ALSP from Dr. Jennifer Orthmann-Murphy, MD, PhD, Assistant Professor of Neurology a University of Pennsylvania Medicine. Dr. Orthmann-Murphy is a leading expert in ALSP and white matter disorders.
  3. A review of key objectives and intro to leaders from leukodystrophy focused Patient Advocacy Organizations
  4. A question-and-answer session with the panel speakers.  Participants/registrants are invited to submit questions in advance of the program to  patients@vigilneuro.com.

We hope you will plan to join us for this special webinar event that is specifically designed for members of the ALSP community. This will be a great opportunity to learn more about research that could lead to a new treatment, build stronger connections in the ALSP community and help us all stay updated on available support and resources.  We know there will be a great deal of interest and Vigil will be recording the webinar, so it is accessible to others in the future.
